Our Newest Community... Our
newest community will be located in Oviedo off
of Chapman Road near UCF and the Research Park
area. Chapman
Cove will consist
of 16 lots which are approximately 90' by 130'.
We have just completed the final approval from
Oviedo and development will soon begin. The semi-custom
homes will range in size from 2700 to 3900 square
feet. Pre-construction contracts will begin in
June with home construction to begin in
